March is for her 💚

March is for her, the month she came Earth side and made me a mama. This year marks her second quarantine birthday under this global pandemic and to top it off she got a really bad case of poison oak (which apparently she has a severe allergy to) and had to complete a 14 day round of steroids to get it under control. To say the least, my girl was BUMMING hard about her birthday. So we went there, to the unrealistic/not really thinking it through/ instant gratification place and bought her a puppy for her birthday! Will this present ever be topped...NOPE, but was it worth it...YUP! 

Little Rockie Ruth chose her immediately and these two are inseparable. My girl has surpassed my expectations of caring for her pup and her mood has done a complete 180. I have heard it before and will say it here... we don't deserve dogs. I am so very grateful for little Rockie for being the love, happy, and friendship that this girl needed when it's your second birthday in a pandemic and you have poison oak.
